Each season of the year, we ship you a wellness box with a curation of 6 to 7 products.
Toxic-free home essentials, organic beauty, nutrition and family care products. Theproducts are full-sizevegan, cruelty free, ethical and sustainable.
We focus on Spanish natural and organic brands because we want to support Spainproduction, but you will also find some products from European brands.
Each wellness box is different from the previous season and is curatedspecifically for theseason of the year. We make a careful selection of products to support you the best way in the transition to healthier and more ecological alternatives thinking only about your highest wellbeing.
You will receive a seasonal box directly to your door, so you will enjoy products that will support you as the seasons change and make you feel GOOD.
We make a selection of 6 to 7 products to give you time to try and enjoy them to the fullest before you receive your next box. We choose brands that are aligned with our values and share our vision and we work together with their founders to offer you the best selection each season of the year.
In addition, we rotate the type of products so you will never receive similar products in a short period of time.
At Good4u we support vegan products and because of the nature of the brands we work with, mostly all productsare vegan, but our boxes will not always be 100% vegan. Instead, we choose to collaborate with brands that contribute to the environment in different ways including those who feature only natural or organic, vegan or animal cruelty-free, organic or ethically produced ingredients or a combination of these. Therefore, even if products fall into multiple of these categories, occasionally a product may not be vegan.
You can cancel your “subscription for each season of the year” at any time before your payment for your next box is processed by logging into your account. See when do I get charged.
You can cancel your “annual subscription” at any time by logging into your account after your one-year subscription has ended. Please note that all cancellations must be requested before the next box shipment is processed. We do not refund cancellations that have not been processed in time.
We love so much when the products in your wellness box become your favorites! In each box, you will find a product listing that includes the product’s features and website information. If you need additional help, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping costs are free for our subscription plans in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands and for all orders over 40€.
Yes, of course you can. Sharing is caring! so if you want to give one of your boxes as a gift, simply write us at firstname.lastname@example.org 5 days before the scheduled shipping date [link to when my order will be shipped] and ask us to redirect your box to the new address. We need you to include in the email the name of the person who will receive the box, the shipping address and the personalized note you wish to include in the box.
Of course you can! We want to help as many people as possible to discover products that are healthy and lessen their ecological footprint on the planet, so we’ll be happy to work with you to create the perfect box to fit your event. Please contact us (link to contact us).
The wellness box you are signing up to start with will be shipped on the Tuesday or Thursday following your order, whichever comes first.
If you have subscribed to our seasonal or annual subscriptions, future subscription boxes will be shipped within the first 5 days of the start of the season (i.e. March, June, September and December).
*Please note that if you sign up to a current wellness box at the end of the season, you may be charged for the next season’s box before you receive the current season’s box. Example: If you subscribe to the Summer Wellness Box on September 14, your account will process for the Fall Wellness Box on September 16, before the Summer Wellness Box is shipped.
All of our Wellness Shop orders will be shipped on the Tuesday or Thursday following the order placement, whichever comes first.
First of all, we are very sorry for what happened. Please send an email to email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your box with a clear photo of the damaged product. We will send you a new product as soon as possible. We do not refund the subscription box order.
