Subscriptions 

Each season of the year, we ship you a wellness box with a curation of 6 to 7 products 

Toxic-free home essentials, organic beauty, nutrition and family care productsThe products are full-size vegancruelty free, ethical and sustainable 

We focus on Spanish natural and organic brands because we want to support Spain production, but you will also find some products from European brands.  

Each wellness box is different from the previous season and is curated specifically for the season of the year. We make a careful selection of products to support you the best way in the transition to healthier and more ecological alternatives thinking only about your highest wellbeing. 

You will receive a seasonal box directly to your door, so you will enjoy products that will support you as the seasons change and make you feel GOOD. 

We make a selection of 6 to 7 products to give you time to try and enjoy them to the fullest before you receive your next box. We choose brands that are aligned with our values and share our vision and we work together with their founders to offer you the best selection each season of the year.  

In addition, we rotate the type of products so you will never receive similar products in a short period of time.  

At Good4u we support vegan products and because of the nature of the brands we work with, mostly all products are vegan, but our boxes will not always be 100% vegan. Instead, we choose to collaborate with brands that contribute to the environment in different ways including those who feature only natural or organic, vegan or animal cruelty-free, organic or ethically produced ingredients or a combination of these. Therefore, even if products fall into multiple of these categories, occasionally a product may not be vegan.  

There are 3 different ways to subscribe to our boxes.  

 

The subscription for each season of the year. The favorite subscription. 

Subscription billed quarterly.

You will receive your wellness box every 3 months at the beginning of each season. That is, within the first 5 days of the beginning of each season.

Subscription billed annually.

Individual Box. Single price  

Ideal as a gift or to try before subscribing.  

Number of boxes: 1  

Total price: 99€. Free shipping in Peninsula and Balearic Islands.   

The box will be shipped on Tuesday or Thursday following the order, whichever comes first. 

Payment process

Spring wellness box

From 21 March to 20 June you can purchase the spring wellness box. The first payment is due immediately for both subscriptions.

The next payment for your quarterly subscription is due on 21 June, when the summer season begins.

The next payment for your annual subscription is due on 21 March of the following year – close to your good4u anniversary!

Summer wellness box

From 21 June to 20 September you can purchase the summer wellness box. The first payment is due immediately for both subscriptions.

The next payment for your quarterly subscription is due on 21 September, when autumn starts.

The next payment for your annual subscription is due on 21 June of the following year – close to your good4u anniversary!

Autumn wellness box

From 21 September to 20 December you can purchase the autumn wellness box. The first payment is due immediately for both subscriptions.

The next payment for your quarterly subscription is due on 21 December, when winter begins.

The next payment for your annual subscription is due on 21 September of the following year – close to your good4u anniversary!

Winter wellness box

From 21 December to 20 March you can purchase the winter wellness box. The first payment is due immediately for both subscriptions.

The next payment for your quarterly subscription is due on 21 March, when spring starts.

The next payment of your annual subscription is due on 21 December of the following year – close to your good4u anniversary!

When a Good4u box goes on pre-order it means that you can order the next seasonal box. 

If you purchase during the pre-order period, your box will be shipped at the beginning of the next season. You will find this detailed information in the pre-sale box description.

Yes, of course you can. You can order a single box with our 99€ single box option. Free shipping to Peninsula and Balearic Islands.  

Yes, simply log in to your account and change your subscription plan at any time.  

You can cancel your subscription for each season of the year at any time before your payment for your next box is processed by logging into your account.  See when do I get charged.

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time by logging into your account after your one-year subscription has ended. Please note that all cancellations must be requested before the next box shipment is processed. We do not refund cancellations that have not been processed in time.  

You can update your billing or shipping information by logging into your account or, if you do not have an account, send an email to hola@good4ushop.com requesting that we update your information.  

We accept payments via Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Play and credit card.  

We love so much when the products in your wellness box become your favorites! In each box, you will find a product listing that includes the product’s features and website information. If you need additional help, please do not hesitate to contact us at hola@good4ushop.com. 

Shipping 

Shipping costs are free for our subscription plans in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands and for all orders over 40€.  

We offer flat rate shipping for 4,95€ for orders under 40€. 

Shipping is free throughout the Iberian Peninsula for all orders over 40€. 

Yes, of course you can. Sharing is caring! so if you want to give one of your boxes as a gift, simply write us at hola@good4ushop.com 5 days before the scheduled shipping date [link to when my order will be shipped] and ask us to redirect your box to the new address. We need you to include in the email the name of the person who will receive the box, the shipping address and the personalized note you wish to include in the box.  

Of course you can! We want to help as many people as possible to discover products that are healthy and lessen their ecological footprint on the planet, so we’ll be happy to work with you to create the perfect box to fit your event. Please contact us (link to contact us) 

We offer: 

  • Free shipping in Peninsula and Balearic Islands for our subscription plans and orders over 40 euros and 
  • A flat shipping rate of 4,95 euros for orders under 40 euros.  

Yes, for the moment we can ship to Europe. Please contact hola@good4ushop.com for information about shipping costs if you are outside Spain and wish to place an order. 

The wellness box you are signing up to start with will be shipped on the Tuesday or Thursday following your order, whichever comes first. 

If you have subscribed to our seasonal or annual subscriptions, future subscription boxes will be shipped within the first 5 days of the start of the season (i.e. March, June, September and December). 

*Please note that if you sign up to a current wellness box at the end of the seasonyou may be charged for the next season’s box before you receive the current season’s box. Example: If you subscribe to the Summer Wellness Box on September 14, your account will process for the Fall Wellness Box on September 16, before the Summer Wellness Box is shipped. 

All of our Wellness Shop orders will be shipped on the Tuesday or Thursday following the order placement, whichever comes first. 

To ensure that all products arrive at your home in perfect conditions, we ship your order by road (except to the islands). Depending on where you live, your order will arrive in the following days:  

  • Barcelona and metropolitan area: 1 to 2 working days.  
  • Peninsula: 3 to 5 working days  
  • Balearic Islands: 4 to 7 working days  
  • Canary Islands: 4 to 7 working days 

Yes, like you, we love to take care of the environment, so your wellness shop orders will also be shipped in our packaging made from 90% recycled materials, and 100% recyclable after use.  

First of all, we are very sorry for what happened. Please send an email to hola@good4ushop.com within 7 business days of receiving your box with a clear photo of the damaged product. We will send you a new product as soon as possible. We do not refund the subscription box order.
